How to buy Online From HTC LEBANON if you live Lebanon ?
You don't need a bank account !
Just Go to your nearest bank and ask for Prepaid Debit card. The price of the card is about 12$, and then you fill the card with the amount you want, and come back and use it to buy any phone you want.
And later you can use this card to buy anything else you want online.
Can I track my order online?
We provide tracking numbers with all our shipments, which can be tracked online.
Are there any customs and duty fees involved?
US Customers:
US Customers have to pay no tax and duties unless they are in state of Connecticut.
Canadian Customers:
Canadian customers have to pay their respective GST or PST on the invoice value.
Rest of the World Customers:
All the customers outside US and Canada are responsible for all the tax and custom duties in their respective countries. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information for your particular country.
When will I get my order?
The following are expected travel times after the item leaves our warehouse. Please allow for warehouse processing times, which may vary from 24 hours to 72 hours.
3 to 10 Business Days after order is processed.
What about shipping insurance?
Orders shipped via Express or Priority shipping will be insured at no extra cost.

The above times are met when orders are received before 5PM GMT+2.
*Business day refers to Weekdays (Monday to Friday) only. Holidays and weekends (Saturday/Sunday) are excluded.
Wire Transfer Policy:
If an order is paid via wire transfer, HTC Lebanon will be able to ship it to any location indicated by the Customer. HTC Lebanon will reserve the stock upon receipt of a wire confirmation and will ship out the order once the funds are secured in the bank.
